Agenda Packets for MCCA Board of Directors' Meetings
Board Meetings are typically held on the Second Wednesday of the Month. The Risk Pool is at 9:00 am and the MCCA Board Meeting is at 10:00 am. Occassionally, for example during the convention, the date and time may be subject to change. Agenda packets for meetings are distributed the Friday before the meeting with the time and place of the meeting. Generally, if there's a variance, it is also discussed at the previous meeting. In person meetings may occur quarterly including the annual meeting and convention. All other meetings are conducted via Zoom Conference. Please see log in information below. It is also emailed with the agenda packet.
