MCCA Contracted Lobbyist
Lobbying services are being contracted through Verrill. MCCA is very fortunate to have James Cohen heading up the team assisting counties with bills which will impact counties.
His mission is to help our organization achieve our legal and policy goals before state and local regulatory agencies and legislative bodies. His experience in public service and leadership positions on multiple business and nonprofit boards gives him a deep understanding of government and a broad range of connections within Maine's business and political community.
