NACo Speaker, Kathy Rowings                                Saturday at 7:30pm

Kathy Rowings is the Justice Program Manager at the National Association of Counties.  In this position she works to provide counties with educational programming on a range of issues addressing local corrections systems, from pretrial services to juvenile justice issues to local reentry initiatives and more, with the goal of helping counties more effectively and efficiently use public dollars.   Prior to joining NACo, Kathy worked at the Sargent Shriver National Center on Poverty Law, where she assisted with class-action litigation under the Fair Housing Act.  She has a law degree from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in English from Miami of Ohio.

Take Route 95 North
Get off at the Ogunquit Exit 7. 
Go North on Route 1 for 3.3 miles. 
Take a right on River Road ½ mile, bear left on Old County Road. 
Left on Shore Road for approximately 3 miles.

From PORTLAND
Maine Turnpike South to Wells Exit 19. Left after toll booth onto Route 109 to Route 1 South to Ogunquit. 
At center of town, bear left 
on Shore Road. Go 3 miles.
From the North
Take I-295 to I-95 South
Get off at Exit 19 from I-95 S   
Take U.S. 1 S to Shore Rd in York      8.5 mi / 18 min                    Make Hotel Reservations Now!
Turn left onto ME-109 S/ME-9 E      0.5 mi                                         **********************************
Take the 1st right onto Chapel Rd    1.2 mi
