Answers to questions you may have:
1. Is there a setup time?
MCCA representatives will be on site on Wednesday morning September 17th. You're welcome to come set up Wednesday afternoon, evening or first thing on Thursday morning. Some attendees will be there early! Many will spend the night Wednesday and you may be able to have some good conversations in the morning before the comotion starts. Officially, attendee check-in is 7:30 am Thursday morning.
2. Will there be Lead List?
Yes, I can also give you a directory of all the Maine county contacts which you can use during the event to take notes. It has names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers for everyone. We can also make a list of attendees.
3. What does the booth include?
The booth includes a table with a chair or two. The venue has both six and eight foot tables. Power is avaiailable at no extra cost. Exhibitors may also have their logo in the convention program. If you haven't sent your logo, please email it to [email protected]. We have made sure you're located in a high traffic area with time set aside for attendees to visit.
4. Can we shipping packages to and from the venue?
I don't have the shipping guidelines yet. It's on my list of questions for the venue. It would be good if any packages arrive no more than a few days prior to the event. The packages should be marked with your name and MCCA Convention.
